Our private studio is in Crangan Bay, NSW, 2259. The full address will be provided when you make your booking and in the week before your booking.
Our customer care is available Mondays - Sundays to answer any questions you may have. Please contact us via email (info@under1000.com.au) or text 0497 564 244 (Charlene) for the fastest response. Please allow up to 24 hours for a response.

Our studio is open by appointment only on Saturdays and Sundays between 08.00am and 4.00pm. Appointments are on a one-on-one basis and needs to be booked at least 24 hours in advance.
Appointments can be booked directly on your website. Select the "Appointments" tab and scroll down until you find the booking widget. Select your date and time and complete the online form. You will receive an appointment confirmation via email. We will also use the information you provide to contact you in the week before your appointment - please ensure that you have entered your email address and contact number correctly so that you don't miss our communication and miss out on your appointment. Please note that we only accept bookings if your wedding date is within 14 months from your appointment date.
We can accommodate a bride and a MAXIMUM of 3 adult guests in the space we have. This number is determined by the Council under which we operate and we can not change that. Thank you for respecting this and assisting us to comply with Council and WHS Regulations.
Please note that we cannot accommodate children under the age of 10 years due to WHS risks.
While we adore children, we ask that children under 10 years of age don't attend the appointment. This is your time to find the perfect dress and the process will require your full attention for a positive and stress-free experience. In addition, our environment is not set up to accommodate young children, which imposes a potential WHS Risk for children, clients and staff. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation.
Our prices are available online. All our dresses are under $1000.
Each brand has their own processing time. Some brands may have your size ready to ship, while others work on made-to-order only. Please let us know the dress and size you need and we will let you know if we can meet your deadline. As a general guide - we recommend that you order at least 6-8 months in advance. We may still be able to meet your deadline if your wedding date is sooner. We can only offer off the rack purchases if your wedding date is under 12 weeks.
The first recommendation is to order your dress as soon as you know that it is "The One". This is because materials can go out of stock and become unavailable on short notice, hence, the style becomes discontinued. The second recommendation is to order at least 6-8 months in advance to allow ample time for your dress to be made and factor in time for alterations and delivery if you are ordering from interstate or international locations.
Each supplier has their own size chart. Your wedding dress size will depend on the style, materials and brand you choose. To assist you with your size, we need your full bust, narrow waist and full hip measurements. A measuring guide can be found on our website under the "Size and Fit" tab. We recommend that you have your measurements taken by a professional to ensure accuracy.
Please note that your wedding dress size is not your everyday wear clothing size. Your size will differ and it is not uncommon for your wedding dress size to be 2-3 sizes bigger.
If you are in-between sizes, we highly recommend that you order a size bigger as it is easier to take a dress in than letting out.
Our dresses can be ordered in Standard sizes only, therefor, final alterations may be required to get the final fit / preferred look. We do not offer alteration services, but can refer you to a dressmaker/seamstress in Sydney or the Central Coast. Alternatively, you can choose your own alterations specialist.
Regretfully we are unable to accept returns or offer refunds as your order is made especially for you as per your order details and final order confirmation. Returns, Refunds and Exchanges are in line with the Australian Consumer Guarantees.

We deliver anywhere in Australia and to most international countries.

DELIVERY TIME

Delivery within Australia is charged at AU$55 and international delivery is charged at AU150.00, which includes tracking, insurance and signature on delivery. IMPORT DUTIES, TAXES AND CUSTOM CHARGES
Each country determines its own duties, taxes and any other costs associated with importing goods. These payments are usually due upon collection or delivery of goods. These additional payments are not included in our prices and are the responsibility of the Client. Please check these additional charges with your country's customs office prior to placing your order as we cannot be held responsible for any additional charges which you may incur to get your goods delivered.
